  1. Terbaik!!!!
    Geram sebab hp baru beli tapi iris n rotation tidak berfungsi. Then pergi service centre 10am sharp..the person in charge (girl) sangat baik dan melayan ptanyaan saya dengan baik sekali. Estimate siap 1jam1/2. Bila dapat semuanya ok..wlupun tpaksa format skali lg. Mmg puas hati. Ini kali pertama saya ke sini. Sblm ini hp lama x penah ada problem.

  2. S7 edge samsung tukar glass je pun rm 800!! Bkn tukar screen lcd!!! Dasar penipu!sya berharap sangat2 pada semua custemer boikot center ni kerana ambil kesempatan dan menipu custemer!!!jgn pokok pisang berbuah dua kali!!!

  3. Hantar repair note 8 sbb ada water damage. Long story short, quotation keluar smpai 2k plus (termasuk smualah lcd,board etc) . Kata mmg dah teruk sangat n perlu tukar board apa smua.. Last2 setel kat pusat repair handphone tuka charging port n buat water damage cleaning je. Harga pun xsmpai suku dari kos quotation yg pusat servis haprak ni bagi.N board pun tak teruk mana sbnrnya(tpt yg aku repair siap bukak tunjuk depan mata). Kalau xpakar xyah sembang servis center lah apa. Buang masa je. Kalau ade kosong star aku dah bagi dah.

  4. Hantar untuk baiki screen kena block & ‘back’ button rosak, fon aku model Galaxy A5 (2016). Total kena RM120 agak murah jugak siap dalam masa 2 hari. Staff sangat friendly dan membantu, dia layan je aku banyak tanya pun

  5. Bad experience for the 1st time. Masa sampai td dah takda customer then tetiba sorg agent tu masuk ke dalam, sblm dia masuk tu dia pandang je kita ni atas bawah mcm tak berduit. Annoying ya muka awak, jeling2 org(malay girl hijab) Lepas tggu around 20min baru dpt turn dgn next agent.

    Next agent ni pun sama (sabahan maybe). Layan cust mcm nak xnak je. Advise yg dia bg tu agak memeritkan ati kita as cust. He said, if cant claim warranty, just buy new one. End up after 1 hour(revisit) dia ckp system down xleh nak tinggal kan phone utk further checking.

    Korang kalau penat dan MALAS nak layan cust, jgn kerja cust service ye. Gi carik keja lain, ramai lg org yg nak keja. 1st and last kat sini. Never ever.

    Worst. Datang utk tukar screen protector. Dah tukar ada bubble lg dkt hujung. Org samsung tu ada cakap kalau x okay, next day boleh dtg. Since 2 hari masih ada defect sy dtg balik. Dah dtg org samsung tu ada audacity utk suruh sy tukar yg baru lg, utk betulkan silap yg dia buat. Kenapa sy yg kena tukar baru sedangkan service diorng yg pasang tak betul?! Takde responsibility langsung Samsung OU. Satu star pun x deserved
