    Bilik ok.. cuma ada ckit berbau… kena bersihkan betul2 sebelum pelanggan baru masuk.. cuma senang utk ke mana2 sbb berada d tngah2 bandar kl

    hotel paling pungkoq…bilik berabuk, kolam mandi belumut, berminyak bagai…kolam mandi ka kawah kenduri pakat nak goreng ayam, berminyak tera tera tu lasung…bila nak check out, buat pelanggan ni macam saspek jenayah bunuh…angkut cadar bagai p kaunter, ngalahkan CSI…dok siasat kotoq tang mana…dah benda dok guna lapik tidoq mesti la ada kotoq…pihak hotel la basuh…ni hotel ka penjara?

    Sampai sahaja di hotel dia suruh bayar dua kali ganda atas alasan bilik belum sedia, sedangkan sudah telefon dan tempah hotel seminggu awal.

    Pengalaman Ngeri Di Hotel “Luxury.”

    Saya dan suami menginap di hotel ni sekitar Februari, tapi hari ini baru berkesempatan berkongsi.

    Memandangkan tagline hotel ni ‘luxury’, jadi harapan kami tinggi.

    Namun, hancur musnah saat melangkah masuk.

    Seawal check in lagi, kami telah diberi peringatan supaya tidak mengapa-apakan barang hotel ni atau denda akan menanti. Ternganga kami mendengarnya. Awal2 dah bagi bad impression.

    Masuk bilik, tengok2 berhabuk dan bilik x berapa bersih. Baca kat google review pun, ramai complain pasal kebersihan.

    Keesokan harinya, masa breakfast pun ada la ala kadar. Hmm. Baca review lain, siap ada nampak lipas berlari kat makanan. Kalau depan saya, boleh muntah terus kot.

    Lepas2 breakfast, konon nak pi mandi kolam. Sekali pi tengok. Tu diaa.. Air kolam berminyak. Geli! Dinding kolam pulak siap merekah lagi. Jem! Tak selera terus.

    Balik bilik, tengah duk rehat, kami menerima panggilan peringatan supaya check out jam 12 tengah hari. Tak sabar nak halau pelanggan nampak. Hmm..

    Ingat sampai situ je mimpi ngeri. Rupa-rupanya PALING NGERI MASA CHECK OUT.

    Kami diminta tunggu. Rupa-rupanya nak spotcheck bilik. Lepas sekian lama menunggu, kami dipanggil ke kaunter. Dengan muka serius tanpa sebarang senyuman, cadar bilik ditebarkan di atas meja kaunter, di hadapan pelanggan lain.

    Ada sedikit kotoran rupa-rupanya tercalit di cadar. Rajin pulak dia menilik ye. Betul-betul teliti spotcheck tu. Kami diminta membayar denda ratusan ringgit sebagai ganti rugi.

    Suami saya mula bertekak mempertahankan hak kami sebagai pelanggan. Selama ni, hotel jauh lagi hebat kami inap pun tak pernah buat macam ni.

    Kami enggan. Pihak hotel suruh pulak kami bawa cadar pergi dobi. Basuh dan bawa kembali. Ah, sudah. Celah mana pulak nak cari dobi kat KL. Kami bukan orang sini, mana tau. Menyusahkan!

    Akhirnya, kami bawa cadar ke bilik air lobi hotel. Basuh sendiri. Sekejap je hilang calitan tu. Memang tak berbaloi, nak kena pergi dobi, apatah lagi bayar denda ratusan ringgit, untuk secalit kotoran tu. Mujur masih ada akal, nak basuh sendiri.

    Selesai membasuh, bawa balik cadar. Serah pada kaunter. Ingat dah setel. Ditunjuk pula tuala yang diambil dari bilik hotel, ada sedikit kesan lipstick. Mungkin saya tak sedar masa lap muka. Nak denda lagi la.

    Apa lagi. Jadi rimau la suami saya. Bila keadaan kelihatan semakin tegang. Seorang staf yang agak baik, cuba memujuk kami. Katanya biar dia yang basuh dan tinggalkan sahaja tuala tu. Sempat juga dia mengadu, dia pun tak tahan bila hari2 asyik kena hadap benda yang sama.

    Dari situ, boleh nampak yang staf kat situ pun tak suka hadap situasi macam tu tapi terpaksa sebab kerja. Apatah lagi kalau pelanggan kan…

    Walaupun ngeri, tapi saya masih tak sampai hati nak reveal hotel ni. Tapi kalau banyak permintaan, saya akan beritahu. Semoga orang lain tak terkena macam kami??
